Is there a different CPT Code for bone dex w/frax, or is the frax in with the code? Please help! Thank you.
 
for 2015

Bone density axial is 77080. Bone density axial including VFA is 77085

Bone density appendicular is 77081. VFA would be reported separately with 77086

I don't know if its the same for 2016
