Hello,

I am new to Biventricular Pacemakers. I had a physician do a Biventricular Generator change it has right ventricle lead and left ventricle lead. Would I use 33228 ?

Thanks,

33228 would be correct based off the above information, as 2 leads are only mentioned. If there is also a atrial lead, which would make it Biventicular and not Dual then you woud use 33229.
