Provider did a biopsy of the vitreous and I am having trouble finding a code for it, any suggestions?

Using a 25 G trocar, a tunneled sclerotomy was fashioned 4 mm from the limbus inferotemporally after displacing the conjunctiva with a q tip. A light pipe was inserted and was found to be in vitreous cavity. An infusion cannula was introduced at this time and infusion was not turned on. Using a 25 G trocar, 2 additional sclerotomies were created superotemporally and superonasally once again 4mm behind the limbus. Fiber optic light source was introduced superotemporally and the vitrector was introduced in the superonasal port. Vitreous biopsy was performed by aspirating 1.0 ml of undiluted sample and sent for gram stain and culture. The infusion was then turned on. Another 3ml of diluted vitreous sample was obtained.

thank you
