any help coding this I was thinking 27613 but not sure if this includes the foot

Biopsy:
Potential risks of procedure reviewed, including but not limited to pain, bleeding, infection, scarring, recurrence of lesion, and need for additional treatment. Patient expresses understanding of risks of procedure.

Lesion A:
Pre-op diagnosis: soft tissue lesion concern for verruca plantaris
Location: plantar aspect of proximal phalanx 2nd digit left
The area was prepped with alcohol and Betadine solution
A specimen was obtained using a: 15 blade
The specimen was sent for pathologic examination.
Hemostasis achieved with: pressure
Patient will be notified of biopsy results, and follow-up planned accordingly.

Lesion B:
Pre-op diagnosis: soft tissue lesion concern for verruca plantaris
Location: sub 1st MTH Left foot
The area was prepped with alcohol and Betadine solution
A specimen was obtained using a: 15 blade
The specimen was sent for pathologic examination.
Hemostasis achieved with: pressure
Patient will be notified of biopsy results, and follow-up planned accordingly.
