Does anyone would share a documentation template for biofeedback first visit and subsequence visits?
And experiences with insurance reimbursement and coding. Thank you so much!!

Is this purely biofeedback training?
Is there also pulsed magnetic neuromodulation being done for the incontinence?
How many minutes was the biofeedback performed?
