We billed a J2675 x3 (150mg) and per Waystar the claim rejected stating the number of units of service billed for the procedure exceed the allowed number of units of 1 in 1 day. Has anyone had in problems billing J2675 and the units given. Per the HCPCS description J2675 is per 50 mg. Thank you in advance for your help.
