Hello everyone! I need help on billing institutional claims for Substance Use Disorder services via telehealth! Is there anyone here that currently does this? I am not experienced in billing institutional claims and I am confused on how we report both the Facility Type (Type of Bill) and the Place of Service 02 or 10? They are both reported in the same place on the 837i. I would love for someone to enlighten me! Thank you.
