How do I bill for a patient who had a vaginal delivery at 22 weeks for fetal demise? We only gave oral Cytotec to assist with the vaginal delivery. Can I bill the actual delivery code 59409 or would I only bill the E/M codes (99221-99239) during her hospitalization? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
