Billing for decompression of neuroma, 2nd intermetatarsal space?

can you bill seperately for this with an Austin osteotomy?
 
Are you using a 28306 for osteotomy (or 28296 for bunionectomy) and then a 64704 for decompression? There aren't any CCI edits on those.
Even if the incision for the hallux work is "extended" over to the 2nd intermetatarsal space, versus making a separate incision over there, I'd still think it would be appropriate to code them separately. Separate area of the foot.
Anyone else want to weigh in?
