Does anyone have the correct J codes for dispensing and billing the following inhalers?

Albuterol 2.5 mcg ndc 0487-9501-25
Beclomethasone (QVAR) ndc 5931-0204-80
Ipratropium (Atrovent) 0.02% ndc 0487-9801-25

Any info is appreciated! Thank you!

You can bill albuterol only if adminstered through a nebulizer in the office. Hand-held personal asthma inhalers would be reimbursed through your patient's pharmacy benefits. If you didn't purchase the inhalers (freebies from the drug rep), you can't bill at all.
