Can someone please advise how to bill out 2 pap smears (88175) for someone that has 2 cervix correctly to get reimbursed by the insurance company? This is part of the patient's wellness visit. We bill out the dx code Z01.419 and Q51.10, Q51.20. We have tried adding a LT and RT modifier and a 91. All have been denied.
