For billing event monitors in our physician's office we use both 93270 (hook up) and 93272 (review/interp). Should the DOS of service for billing be the day the physician interprets the event monitor? Or the day the monitor is put on?

The day the monitor is hooked up should be the date for 93270. The date the monitor data is read by physician is the date you use for 93272.
