Can anyone give me pointers on how to Bill epidurals in office and what all can be billed? Looking at billing codes 64479 and/or 64480 as in office. Usually we do these down stairs in the surgery center but my doc is wanting me to research on doing them in office. Any help or guidance is appreciated

Will there be patient monitoring during/after the procedure? I don't know what the legalities are, but I would think you'd have to have someone certified in basic life support as well as appropriate equipment if a resuscitation is needed.
