Is anybody else having trouble getting insurance to pay for J7999, compounded drugs? These are meds we put in intrathecal pumps and are compounded specifically for each individual patient. We send notes, the invoice and the billing copy of the RX information and we are still getting denials. They all want an NDC and refuse to accept that it doesn't exist. Blue Cross now has a scrubber that won't even allow us to send a claim if J7999 is on it.
