Wiki Billing a temporary ent under pcp mcr

I was wondering in the state of TN is there a way we can bill a temp. ENT actually doing the procedure ( 41530) under the pcp mcr information? Is this like the locum tenums where you put a modifier on it? Could someone please help?Thanks, Stacy:)
