Can ASC bill 95972?
Can MD bill 95972 with POS 24?
 
Typically the manufacturer's representative brings the leads/generator to the case and is also the one that programs the stimulator. I would make sure that this truly the physician that is programming the device of more three parameters. I don't see CPT 95972 as a covered procedure for Medicare for the list of covered procedures in an ASC for the facility side. I am not sure for the professional side in POS 24.
