Billing 92587 with Pediatric Periodic Comprehensive Preventive Medicine Exams

Can someone help to clarify- is the hearing screening/testing being performed as evoked otoacoustic emissions with a device such as the EroScan OAE Test System appropriate to be billed as 92587 AND in addition to the EPSDT Pediatric exams (99383 -99395)?

Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thank You!
