If AV graft is accessed after puncturing the radial artery, what should be reported for puncture/catheterization? 36140 cath of radial artery is actually higher value and comprehensive to AV graft cath code 36145.
 
Thanks but note that 36140 is more comprehensive and high value compared to 36145. Isn't the work done more than just 36145? My argument is more on whether we go for 36140 or 36140 + 36145-59
