Wiki Autotransplant of parathyroid

We are having problems getting paid by Medicare for autotransplant of a parathyroid AFTER a parathyroidectomy. Of course we have 60512 as an add on if done at the same time as the surgery, but does anyone know of a code for AFTER the surgery. We have tried an unlisted thyroid code and Medicare is denying stating there is a code we can use. Any thoughts?? Thanks for your help

The physician is not re exploring the parathyroids, they are only doing the auth transplant from parathyroids they previously removed but thanks for your response.
