Hello,
I code for an ASC and our surgery center just sent out charts to be audited. on one of the cases which was a cataract case with IOL, in which the patient chose an upgraded lens ZMB00 21.0, which is a two aspect reimbursement , presbyopia correcting lens, the auditor is stating that I have missed reporting an implant. There rationale is that implant V2632 must be reported for the "base function" of the intraocular lens implant . Is this in fact correct as I have never listed both the v2632 with and upgraded lens.
Please advise .
