Can anyone assist me with a CPT code please? Left forearm mass aspiration with an USG 18-gauge needle puncture aspiration Found to be a solid mass, no aspirate obtained. It was suggested to use 10005 with 52 mod. It was not a biopsy so I am not comfortable using this. No office visit associated with it. Procedure only. What about 10160? Thank you!!
