Not sure if this 29851 or 29889 or both.?

A posteromedial portal was created and a cannula was placed. Using an anterior cruciate ligament tibial guide a 2.4mm wire bone tunnel was created at the base of the PCL insertion anterior to the PCL to the medial aspect of the tibia after a 2 cm incision was made and blunt dissection was taken down to bone. This was done under fluoroscopic guidance. A passing suture was placed

Using a suture lasso from posterior to anterior 2 x #2 fiberwire sutures were placed into the PCL. The sutures were passed through the tibial bone tunnel and tied over a metal button on the medial aspect of the tibia. The knee wounds were copiously irrigated. Portal sites closed

Thanks,
Cindy
