Just need help double checking my work! Are there any codes missing

A mother delivered a healthy baby boy vaginally. During day 2 of his hospitalization he developed jaundice and was treated with phototherapy.

Dx- 774.6, E0202

Is this coding for the physician treating the baby or for the facility. The facility will not use the HCPC II code, the CPT code for the delivery does not get assigned to the baby chart.
