I have a case that had tenolysis on both the peroneus longus and peroneus brevis.

The code options are 27680 single and 27681 multiple.

My first choice is 27681 but on the code description it says "multiple requiring separate incisions".

In this particular case it was just one incision.

Not sure if I should code 27680 x 2 or 27681.

Any suggestions?
