Angioplasty of Coronary Artery Bypass Graft CPT Code?

Hello,

I have a Physician that did a angioplasty of coronary artery bypass graft and didn't stent or do atherectomy. I am thinking I could use 92937 52 RC, but I not sure. Any suggestions on what CPT code to use for this ?
 
Hi,

Since the angioplasty is completed(assuming its successful), I would code just the 92937 with the modifier for the artery/branch involved .
If this was not a successful one then either 52/53 based on the reason.
