If our doctor is billing for left heart cath and Angiogram OCT of LAD, how do we code that?

The OCT is Optical Coherence Tomography and you would use 0291T for the first vessel and 0292T for any additional vessels.

OK. Thanks. I did find those codes in the CPT book but wasn't confident it was correct. So... I would bill the code for the angiogram plus the OCT code(s), right?
Yes, 0291T is an add on code and says to be billed in conjunction with, the cath range codes are listed so I would bill it with the cath.
