Hi,
I'm studying for my CPC exam and I have a general question on the add on codes and the notation "each additional x%"

Specifically codes 01951 - 01953

The way I read this I would code the following way

less than 4% (1-3%) 01951
4-9% (up to 17%) 01952
18-26% 01952, 01953 x 1
27-35% 01952, 01953 x 2
etc..

Am I doing this correctly???
