Was wondering if anyone had any advice on how to code ANCA positive glomerulonephritis. When I researched I came up with I77.6.
Does anyone have advice?
 
Glomerulnephritis is found under N08 Glomerular disorders in diseases classified elsewhere
You will need to code first any underlying diseases. There is also an extensive list of excludes
