Hello: I am receiving denilals for Ambulnace on scene care from two major insurance compnaies in our area. The denials are coming from the Medicare replacement policies. They are denying A0998 RR GY as provider responsibility. I understood this to be denied as patient responsibility.
How should On scene care, no transport be billed.... Thank you, HP:confused:
