I'm getting ready to start billing for a transport company. Are there any coders that could give me some insight? ex: are there certain dx codes that are allowed, what boxes get filled out on the CMS 1500 form? I've done billing for inpatient and outpatient hospital, but transportation is new to me. any help will be greatly appreciated.
