I have a patient who was seen for a virtual visit at our facility and the provider (or his MA) included coding for a handout of patient exercises (Neuromuscular Reeducation, apparently). I put the 95 modifier on the exam code, but does it also go on the Neuromuscular Reeducation code, too? I see from our office Codify that 95 can be used on that code, but if it's already on the exam code, then would it also have to go on the one I'm asking about?
