Hello I am new to the AAPC site, I work internal medicine In Georgia, and since Oct 1,2020 I am getting denials from Ambetter for E&M or CPE and administration of immunizations. I have been billing 99395 -25 Z00.00 90471 and 90662, or 99213 -25 appropriate icd10, 90471 and 90662 and they are denying with Xx denial reason. Was there some edit for the 4th quarter that I missed? Please can anyone advise me?
 
Someone else asked this question recently, and I could not find anything in the provider manual to suggest that E&M and vaccines are now bundled. I suggest calling them.
