Physician wants to code as such "FREE TISSUE GRAFT AND MESH CRANIOPLASTY (CPT 15770 15777)"
I'm in disagreement with 15777 as this applies to (breast;trunk).
Others opinions would be appreciated.

Need more info. This is a dura graft? If the provider opened the dura himself to complete the case then you cant bill for the duragraft as that is part of the closure. Why not look at 62140-62141? That is what my provider sues when he does a plasty with the mesh. How was the defect made?
