Hi...My physician wants to bill this after hour CPT 99053 along with 36558 which he has performed.
But, the guidelines I saw...denote that CPT 99053 will not be paid in a hospital setting with a major procedure and considered to be inclusive.
Can some one let me know, if this will be paid incase of adding any modifier.
