Our provider did a Reconstruction after MOHS surgery of left lower lid defect with advancement flap and skin graft from left upper lid. The lower lid defect measures at 24 mm by 14 mm. Our team is thinking we could use CPT codes 14060 and 15260. Are these correct codes for this procedure? Are there other codes we need to add. Diagnosis code is Basil Cell Carcinoma, Left Lower Lid. Can you please help us with this billing dilemma? Thanks Much.
