Our surgeon did a open acromioplasty with rotator cuff repair and subacromial bursectomy with suture anchor placement

How would you code this? We aren't exactly sure. Thanks in advance!
 
Open shoulder

This one is tricky for me as well. I was told that if the RTC is a completion tear (avulsion) to use 23420 and this would include everything.

If you use the 23410 RCR, if current injury, and 23415, this should cover all three procedures.

Please advise me if I'm mistaken anyone.
