Is the harvesting of the multiple tendons (27397) included in the CPT code: 29888?

The harvesting of a tendon for an ACL repair is generally included in 29888. The exception I believe is if the tendon is harvested from the opposite leg and even then you would not use 27397. I've never seen a situation where multiple tendons are harvested for an ACL repair/reconstruction. I suppose it's possible--just never seen it.
