Can someone help me with billing for ablations. I have some idea about the main codes:

Atrioventricular node function - 93650
Supraventricular tachycardia - 93651
Ventricular tachycardia - 93652

But what are the add on codes..

Also the EP study codes..
 
However, it depends on the what the procedure report says. Please post the redacted procedure note and the codes that you think are appropriate.
