Hi everyone

I have a question,

cpt 92310 and/or 92313 according to AAPC coder it indicates that this is a bilateral code and according to Encoder Pro, it is not . I am a little confused why would two programs be so different?

thank you

Laura

Hi Everyone,
Can we override the time in note? example: A physician billing 99213 base on spend total of 25 minutes. Base on medical decision making is support 99214. Can will bill 99214?

you can use MDM or time, whichever benefits the provider the most.

if MDM gives you a higher LOS, then you can, absolutely, bill it.
