If a patient is in the ER and has this 99420 assessment (Administration and Interpretation of Health Risk Assessment instrument (e.g., health hazard appraisal), )

the coding is 99283 and 99420 with misc other items eg 73550,70450 70483.

What modifiers are attached 99283-25 and 99420-59?:confused:
