Is anyone being paid on these services from commercial carriers?
 
Those codes should be fine for most commercial carriers unless they only accept Medicare codes in which you would replace with G0396 and G0397

The reimbursement is roughly the same and is about $35 for the 15-30 min session and $65 for the 30 min and above session
