i have a provider billing both of these on an ADHD consultation. I do not see how the 99402 should also be billed. Any insight?

What type of provider is billing these visits, and what is the main CPT code they are using? 99402 can be billed with an E/M and Modifier 25 as long documentation and medical necessity support both.

We only have our Dietitians use 99402 alone and no E/M.

Billing 99213 or 99214 for our provider who is seeing patient for a problem focused visit as well as 99402 for our dietitian who is seeing patient the same day for nutritional counseling.
Receiving denials stating the serivces are bundled or "mutually exclusive"
Using 25 modifier on 99213/99214.

Any advice on how to receive reimbursement for both of these services?
Thanks!
