Anyone have experience billing these together and getting reimbursed for the EM?
 
Was the patient seen for any other reason that day that would support a 25 modifier? If the decision was made to reprogram at that day's visit, I could see using the 25. If the patient came in solely for the reprogramming, all related activity should be covered by the 62252. I would not expect to be paid separately for the E/M service.
