Wiki 99173 and BCBS PA?

Is anyone else having the issue where Highmark has stopped even putting 99173 on the EOB's? They don't deny it or anything, they just leave it off the EOB...... I don't understand. It should at least be on the EOB and instruct you to write it off as a non covered service....but they just ignore it completely..... is anyone else in PA having this issue?? They also used to cover 81005 (urine dip) and now they are not covering it. Any advice???
