Wiki 99072 Denials

I have been getting repetitive denials on this CPT 99072, is it across the board that they will not cover? I am getting the denial indicating not valid at this Time of service. for example 5.21.21

We tried billing in the beginning but no one paid for it. I don't know anyone who is still billing that code.

Thank you, I saw that MCR does not pay. I have never used this code. Thank you, so much for you help

For us, it gets automatically appended to any qualified in-person service based on the corporate decision to do so. I think I have seen 1 claim ever pay 99072.

Auto and WC are covering it, some commercials but not much else.

Thank you, oh so much. I have lots of W/C and AUTO that i too, have seen were paying. Just these commercials that are denying.
