Medicare is wanting a Therapy modifier on the 97610. This is performed in the office. Anyone know which modifier it should be?

All therapy codes billed on a CMS 1500 form must include modifiers to distinguish the discipline of the plan of care under which the service is delivered:

GN: Indicates services delivered under an outpatient speech-language pathology plan of care
GO: Indicates services delivered under an outpatient occupational therapy plan of care
GP: Indicates services delivered under an outpatient physical therapy plan of care

This code is being used in Wound Care and we are not finding which Modifier should truely be used?

Group speech Therapy question

Great morning,

If an SLP performs group speech therapy along with 92506 what codes do we need to use? any time restriction? mods need to be added?

I work for a out patient facility who provides ABA therapy and speech services.
