Is there documentation that I can present to our department that has the rules on billing all units of 96130/96131 96136/96137 on one date of service? My understanding is that the provider keeps track in the chart on the time and when testing/scoring is complete then we enter the charge with the appropriate units and then bill.
Has anyone been billing 96131 over several dates of service?
