Can a LCSW provide procedure 96127 in a Medical setting for patients 3 years of age and younger? We are getting denials from Medicaid for incorrect diagnosis. She is using diagnosis F80.1 expressive language disorder and R62.0 delayed milestone in childhood. After doing additional research I am wondering if she should be using a different procedure code or a more specific diagnosis?
