I have a question on cpt code 94664 demonstration and/or evaluation of patient ultization of an aerosol generator,metered dose inhaler can I billed that code along with the office visit if the doctor documents that he demonstrated and showed a patient how to use an inhaler while in office or is it bundled in with the office visit?

2015 CPT Professional Ed, p. 604 states, "94664 can be reported 1 time only per day of service"
