I would like to know what modifier is used when you are billing these two codes? 59?

We usually billed 93227, 93000 & 99214 but then we get this messange (1) CCI edit failed for CPT(R) codes 93227 and 93000: HCPCS/CPT procedure code definition. [ADD MODIFIER OR REMOVE 93000 (type 1)]
